No, after downloading, there are 2 emoji and 2 dictionaries.

As you can see, even though English is disabled, there's an English suggestion on the suggestions screen.

Or, the Turkish dictionary package contains English words, but the problem is that it's also closed.

Can you check it on a fresh fdroid build install

I tested it.

1. The main dictionary was initially disabled. Even after being turned off once activated, it continues to function actively.

2. What I can say in Turkish:
   The suggestion feature doesn't activate unless both of the following 2 packages are installed; it's not possible to install just one of them. Both are mandatory. This also makes it difficult to understand which one is breaking the suggestion feature. The main dictionary being active might also be contributing to this, because, as I mentioned, it remains active even on a new Android device after the initial setup.

Can you try only select turkish as keyboard language

As I mentioned on the Telegram channel, only Turkish is selected as the language. It’s not just the keyboard; there isn't even a second language in the phone's language settings.

I’ve tried so many things to find the problem 😂
