Spots on Toolbar icons

Describe the bug
Just updated, and now the icons on my toolbar have dots near their bottom right corner. See picture below.

To Reproduce
Idk what causes it, I'll leave a backup. It seems relevant that I use custom coloring scheme (Appearance, Colours under Theme), and the color matches that of Clipboard Pin.

the doted ones are that have long press actions,ie, long press undo is redo (long press to pin should be disabled)

I already have disabled long press actions for toolbar items, and I don't think anyone needs permanent dots to notice they have long press functionality. Most of the keyboard buttons have optional indicators for alternative symbols/functions already. I don't see a reason to push a visual change, that doesn't really tell the user what it's for, permanently.

These dots didn't exist in previous versions, and for the longest time, dots appearing on icons meant there's a notification for a lot of apps and platforms.

Anyway, it's another new feature that removed the existing clean interface without an option to revert/disable. I'd like to have a toggle. 🙏
