Starting a new session in a repo fails occasionally with with one of the following behaviors:

1. Left nav bar just says "New Session" and the chat just runs indefinitely until you delete the session.
2. The sessions stops running, no error message, but your initial prompt is still there. The worktree seems to be created internally, but never reflected in chat.
3. The worktree gets created, shows in the chat session, but the initial prompt is lost.

Currently, starting a new session in a repo only works ~ 50% of the times.

seeing the same thing. The app is all of a sudden unusable. I've downgraded and still am unable to start any session. The worktree gets created, I can send a prompt, then it hangs and eventually stops with no response or error

...the issue might be related to the awesome copilot MCP. I just disabled it and the app seems to be working as expected now

It's been happening to my from 1.04 update.
Settings -> general -> storage location set to default and then it sometimes/randomly works now.
Previously it didnt work at all.
