Hi,

I am Julien and I use Renovate on a regular basis for my open source projects.

I am submitting this request to apply for an increase of resource.
It seems that in recent period, pnpm caused a great increase of memory consumption. This makes my main repository w5s/std to cause kernel-out-of-memory errors.

All the repo in the organization are open-source and will stay as such.
